Since 2012, Money Train Association LLC has thrived as an independent record label aiming to help Indie artist pursue their music careers. Founded by SanTonio Childs (Don Shad), the label has networked all over the US and collaborated with several labels in the release of music over the years. The label was created to help artist brand themselves and learn to make revenue independently while being apart of a music group that can be viewed as family. In February 2021, MTA Records became a legal operating business in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Since then we have aimed to work with as many artist as possible to establish a firm presence in the music industry. Our company has partnered with many businesses in the area to help artists in achieving their music goals. We offer several services from; Graphic Designing, Music Distribution, Artist Development, Merchandising, Artist Interviews, and more. The brand has over 20,000 fans combined between all platforms and is still growing. We have networked with some major names in the industry and built a firm foundation for artists to excel. For the upcoming Spring and Summer events we plan on being more active with the community in hopes of building the brand even more. Our goal is to bring as much positivity to our fans and the community as possible. CEO Don Shad| MTALLC
Don Shad started pursing music at the age 12. Influenced by his older brother and relatives, he has always had a passion to create music. Starting at an early age with very little resources, at the time he didn't take it as serious. During College, Don meet a few people that were pursuing a music career and at that moment the label MTA was formed. MTA was initially known as Money Team Association when it was first founded, After college, Don Shad signed to his first label, I'm A Rebel Records, located in North Carolina. Don released several singles with the label where he began to understand how the music industry worked. After a few years of traveling and branding himself, Don reached his first 100,000 streams and decided to take what he learned and grow his own record label. Don signed a 1 year contract with Bentley Records in order to secure a firm relationship with contacts in New York. After leaving Bentley Records, it was then the label name went from Money Team to Money Train. Since leaving Bentley Records, Don made the record label a legit LLC in the state of Kentucky and began searching for artists to help build his brand.
